According to details, Manzoor Yateemkhana was jointly inaugurated by means of a ribbon-cutting ceremony here in Madina Society by Senator Anwar Lal Din belonging to Pakistan Peoples Party, MQM-Pakistan’s Member of National Assembly Iqbal Khan, Member of Provincial Assembly Raja Azhar Khan from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Pastor Suleiman Manzoor, Head of Makhani Foundation Amir Makhani, members of All Pakistan Christian Council, Office-Bearers of Rafa Mission International, delegates from United States of America, European Union, United Kingdom and China in presence of thousands of the members of Christian Community who lauded the project.
At the event, religious songs were presented on the theme of peace, love, tolerance, brotherhood and benevolence. Special prayers were also offered for the progress of the country. Speaking on the occasion Chief of Makhani Foundation Amir Makhani informed that the Orphanage was constructed according to the International standards. He said he contributed for the sake of humanity and the objective of the orphanage was to transform orphans belonging to minorities into useful citizens.
Pastor Suleiman Manzoor held that he wished to get an international standard orphanage built for which his Pakistani friends as well as others from abroad extended their support, for which he was grateful.
